Hi Fidelity Cider V2019 - Sparkling, dry cider With its juicy, fresh vitality, My Perfect Cousin is our follow up to 2018’s Enter the Dragon. Once more spotlighting the joy of Dabinett – here making up two-thirds of the blend – although similar in style to its predecessor, this is wonderfully reflective of the cooler 2019 harvest. This time Dabinett joins Yarlington Mill (23%) and a field blend of similarly vibrant cider varieties. Spontaneously fermented in tank and partly aged in barrel before bottling, this is a wonderful illustration of these late harvest varieties, full of peach and orange, blossom and clove spice and gorgeous soft tannins. It’s cider that really likes spicy food, which amps up the fruitiness to epic levels. Feel free to go crazy with your favourite hot sauces! Serve cool, not chilled. Gluten free. Vegan friendly. No added sulphites 7.1% abv

750 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.1%. Shared with my son. Slightly hazy orange colour. Pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Aroma and flavour of cider apples, distinct tannins, fairly dry.
