Aunt Bernice turns a little blue this time. This version of Bernice has a lighter more complex tartness from “souring” the beer with yogurt. We then add blueberries to create a gorgeous color and wonderful fruit flavor.

pours a purplish-maroon color with a medium thin pinkish-white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film, with strings of lace. Aroma of berries, wheat and malt. The mouthfeel is light-bodied with light carbonation. The taste has flavors of blueberry, wheat, bready malt and yeast.
