Dorée et translucide, cette lager céréalière est bien maltée et légèrement mielleuse. Le houblon apporte des notes florales, herbacées ainsi qu’une petite touche d’agrumes. Une bonne amertume est présente mais dosée, sur une finale bien sèche.

Older can found in an IGA with old label, so here goes. Lightly hazed, golden colour with a creamyish, whitish head that stays a while and leaves good thick-soapy lacing. Citrus zest aromas with grassy notes. The taste is also fairly zesty-grassy. After having my most well-rated Pilsner from Hill Farmstead (Mary), it is hard to have anything else. This feels more like a juicy-hazy NEPA.
