he 31 is an amazing beer to potimarrons refermented in the bottle. It was brewed malt floor with our 100% Terroir St-Joseph-du-Lac and with a caramel malt. We added a very special touch by putting pretty orange pumpkins, which gives it its unique taste and color. His name is in honor of the famous Halloween, which is October 31.
