330 ml bottle. Poured a hazy deep gold to pale amber or rich golden amber colored beer with a one finger white creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, hay, barnyard. The flavour is sweet grainy malts, herbal roots, grassy hops, a certain sourness and a floral bitterness. The mouthfeel is first slight creamy and then very round. This light to medium bodied beer has a long bitter finish. An easy and quite nice drinkable beer from a small brewery farm located closed to Le Mans.

Bottled. Golden colour, some particles floating around, not that much head. Aroma is baenyard, some sour fruits and malts. Flavour is barnyard, leather, mild spices and some caramel. Quite "special" flavour.
