it's a light beer and disorder, which many foam at the opening, but remained low in carbonation. hints of autumn fruits, which makes it fairly thick on the palate . it lack of bitterness and deep.

330 ml bottle. Poured a hazy pale gold colored ale with a huge three fingers white creamy foamy head that had a great retention. Active carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is sour wheat malts, aciditic fruits, grapefruits, apples. The flavour is a hot sweety malty juice, hot grass. The mouthfeel is crispy and creamy. This full bodied ale has a long crispy finish. Not at all a Bière Blonde, more in the style of a Begian Wit.
