Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy ruby-brown coloured Brown Ale with a two fingers beige and soapy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel, dark fruits, berries, plums and pronounced alcoholic notes. The flavour is toasted malts, dried fruits, nuts, honey, candy, caramel, spicy accents, pepper. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and quite thick. The texture is a bit oily. This medium to full bodied Brown Ale has a dry fruity and malty finish. An easy drinkable Brown Ale from a French old mountains region, les Vosges. The designed beerlabel is outstanding.
