Just Fabulus ! Top-fermented beer, crafted with inspiration. A votre santé. Conditionnement : bouteilles de 75 cl.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Lupulus stemmed chalice glass an unfiltered and slight hazy golden-yellow coloured Ale with a good one finger slightly beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild sweety malts, faint aromatic hops, notes of honey. The flavour, on a first step seems to be a surprising chemical blend before in a second time the more usual flavours emerged with herbs, rosmarin, fruity, peaches, grapefruits, citrus and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is crispy and sparkling. This medium bodied Tripel has a dry fruity finish. The alcohol is perfect hidden ! I expected more for a Tripel with the name " Lupulus ", the Latin word for " hops " and " Lupus ", the wolf. At any way ,an original and very refreshing Tripel.
