The Irish Whistle is a Stout, very dark ale, obtained with two torrefied malts (such as coffee), Chocolate and Black malts. Saturated with a beer gas mix of Nitrogen (70%) and CO2 (30%), its head will be thick, stable and white. A rich coffee flavour completes its full body, followed by a very creamy head. This has strength and character.
