Aged for twenty months in Kentucky bourbon barrels, this imperial stout emerges rich, dark, and robust. Each sip reveals layers of vanilla, brown sugar, oak, and a hint of char, creating a symphony of flavors that linger on the palate. Much like the buffalo roaming the Kentucky wilderness, this beast of a beer carves a bold path from start to finish.

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

375 ml waxed bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 14.2%. Pitch black colour, small tan head. Distinct boozy aroma of bourbon whiskey, oak and vanilla, hints of fusel alcohols. Warming mouthfeel. Extremely sweet and boozy flavour, with the same elements as the aroma. Not my cup of tea.
