    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured a clear rich golden-amber coloured BdG with a generous two fingers slight beige and soapy foamy head that had a mid-sized to short retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is caramel malts, cooked vegetables, leeks, cabbages, herbal notes and grassy hops. The flavour is cooked vegetables, turnip, cabbages, herbs, rosmarin, thyme, caramel malts, biscuity notes, spicy, coriander, intense fruity, citrus and a touch of hay. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy, prickly and quite thin. The texture is a bit oily. This medium bodied BdG has a malty and fruity finish. A rich flavoured BdG with original earthy notes. I like it .
