an amber beer with a generous white foam, it has the smell of hops and a smoke malt.In mouth we have the freshness of the apple with a nice bitterness in the end most of mouth. in addition it has a nice taste carbonization.

750 ml caged and corked bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Le Brewery collector mug an unfiltered hazy rich golden-amber coloured ale with half a finger slight beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Nice lacing. The aroma is rich piney aromatic hops and fruity, citrus. The flavour is a deep grassy and piney hops bitterness, sweet malts and fruity, with notes of grapefruits and citrus. The mouthfeel is bitter, really bitter. This light to medium bodied ale has a lingering hopy bitter finish. A very nice bitter ale brewed in the " South " of Normandy by Steve which makes no secret of his Bristish origins. Good job, Steve !

Bottled@Tuulensuu. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, earth and slightly bitter. Flavour is tropical fruits, nectar and some bittering hops. Really British style beer.
