750 ml corked bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original " Le Brewery " seidel a hazy ruby brown colored ale with half a finger beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate. The flavour is heavy roasted malts, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, floral hops. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This light to medium bodied ale has a long bitter coffee beans finish. A very tasting brown ale. Waouuuh ! Approved !

Bottled. Deep amber colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, metal, yeast, earth and sourness. Flavour is mild fruityness along with caramel and sugary hints. Earthy aftertaste.
