Born Sinner is our take on a Berliner Weisse, an ultra-light sour wheat ale originating in Berlin. A pleasant, but restrained lacto sourness and its 3.6% ABV make it eminently drinkable. It's straw-coloured, with notes of lemon, pear, and pineapple, with a fresh yogurt tang. Refreshingly tart like a tall glass of lemonade, Born Sinner is a living sour, with active cultures continuing to develop the flavour in the keg.
