Pours a clear, dark reddish brown color with an uneven, off-white head. Not much lacing. Excellent aroma. Sweet toffee, cocoa and hints of nuts. I was hoping the body wouldn't be too thin and my wish came true. Just right. A hair of hops in the finish makes it pretty refreshing. Much better than I expected.
