A copper-colored, full bodied ale that balances maltiness and hop flavor perfectly. Complex, subtle fruitiness combines with clean hop flavor making Ettinger Amber a study in balance.     Rating from 7/30/2004. Dark orange gold color. Medium white head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied amber. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly bitter and fairly mild. Nicely balanced. Fairly smooth. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
