    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bootle. Poured in the original T.B. Larché vase an unfiltered slight hazy dark brown-red coloured ale with a three fingers pillowy tan foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. The aroma is toasted grainy malts, fruity with nutty notes and a stinging sourness. The flavour is burned grainy malts, ashes, spicy, bread and pepper and dark fruits, raisins and always a real sourness. The mouthfeel is creamy and quite oily. This medium bodied ale has a dry warming and fruity finish. An interesting and tasting beer, may be not totally completed.
