Deep gold, medium head and a lot of bubbles in the glass.Sweet malt aroma, fresh cereal, lively carbonation fizzy and sweet on the palate.Full bodied, that beer is malt aplenty, lightly hopped that beer tasrte fresh and natural...Hopefully that microbrewery will blossom and get recognition all over Québec province.

Purchased at the Dépanneur de la Rive in Cap-Rouge, Quebec. Written blonde lager on the label. Pours a slight hazy golden-amber colour with a medium head. Retention is poor and hardly any lacing. Very nice nose, with mostly caramel, butterscotch and bits of floral scents. Medium-bodied and oily mouthfeel. Sweet malt start with a mild hoppy finish. Notes of maple syrup in the aftertaste. Quite a pleasant blonde lager with some beautiful aromas.
