Sampled from bottle. Pours opaque black-brown with a collared light tan head. Rich roasted/caramel malt and dark fruit aroma. Sweet, full-bodied with raisin, caramel and coffee. Too sweet for my personal tastes but a nice stout with no notable flaws. A showcase for dark malts.

Another OK beer from Hannah! Yippee! I love the name and label! Has a deep mild stout nature. Creamy sweet chocolate flavor with a fig aftertaste. The foam head was gorgeous! Posted my beer picture (with flower) so I hope that you see the beauty of the foam! It would make a perfect light dessert beer! This brew didn't taste like 9.1% ABV. Nice brew choice Hannah! Thank you!

Pours black with small, last head (pretty good considering the abv). The aroma combines roasted coffee and molasses. The flavor starts sweetly vanilla and finishes with dry cocoa, a pleasant progression but not bold. Medium bodied with gentle carbonation. The strength of the beer is well concealed by its body and mild flavors. Worth sampling.
