Voici notre interprétation du style ayant sans doute le plus marqué l'histoire du brassage. Laissez-vous désaltérer par cette bière à l'équilibre parfait, à l'effervescence mordante dans lequel les houblons nobles laissent une douce amertume et de délicieuses notes herbacées, contenues par un collet tenace et généreux. Parce que même le plus grand amateur de houblon a besoin d'un retour aux sources de temps à autre, voici le yin de notre yang !

Golden colour, on the lighter side with a big frothy white cap, good retention and patches of big foam lacing. Aromas of mild sweet malts and even milder grassy hops. The grassy, darker hops show up a little more in the taste, which is weird for the style. Refreshing, crisp mouthfeel with just enough dryness. It is not bad, but I find the hops chosen in here for a Pils is off-the-game. Where are the Saaz hops and spiciness that rules this style ?
