This beer exhibits a light straw golden in color with a characteristic unfiltered haze. Aromas of cereals, subtle spice, and faint but clean hops. Dried orange peels and coriander help brighten up this already crisp ale. It's low alcohol makes it a great beer for a sunny day on the patio.

Sampled at GABF on 9/18/2010. This witbier pours a slightly hazy yellow from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal, grainy, citrusy and floral. A medium to light bodied witbier. The malts are grainy, fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal and spicy. Nice carbonation. Good balance. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
