I'm not much of a Pils fan, but this is quite good. The only thing common with others is the appearance. Scent is of light fruits like banana, almost like a Belgian. For a Pilsner, the flavor is outstanding. Sweet, yet balanced by a generous dosing of hops. Mouthfeel is thick yet crisp and clean. Overall this is a great beer and an outstanding Pilsner.

12oz bottle. Light gold color, slightly hazy. Very large white foamy head. Aroma is grassy, citrusy, hay and fruit. A medium bodied pilsner. Malts are grassy, fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly bitter and citrusy. Crisp and clean. Light and refreshing. Nice balanced. Very nice summer pilsner. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

This beer pours a straw yellow color with a carbonation tornado in the center of the glass, a massive white head that lasted a while and a nice thick degree of lacing. The aroma is weak with lemon and citrusy malt dominating..but overall it was pretty light. The flavor is medium bodied which is an improvement in itself for a pilsner. Malts, lemon and citrus dominate with a cardboard-like dryness toward the finish. High carbonation level, some breadyness and metalicness as it warmed. I really can’t complain though...this is about as good a pilsner as Ive had in a long time.
