A crisp, clean, fruity and refreshing New Zealand style Pilsner hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Motueka, and Southern Cross. 'Fairy Palace' was the Irish Gaelic name for 'Breen' with Breen Oakwood, a few miles south of Ballycastle in the Glens Of Antrim, being one of the last ancient Oakwoods remaining in Ireland.
