RENVERSÉ À L’ANANAS - Après avoir brassé une bière smoothie chez Jackalhop l’an dernier, c’était à nous de les inviter à créer une nouvelle recette. On s’est inspiré des desserts d’antan pour vous proposer une version “impériale” de notre Smoothie Beach tout aussi décadente et réconfortante que les renversés à l’ananas de nos grands-parents.

Hazy, a little murky, red colour with a purple hue. The head is huge, frothy-bubbly, pink-red coloured, very long lasting and leaving full sticky-soapy lacing on the glass. Getting rusty water base in the nose, with some cherry juice, hints of pineapple and sourness. The taste is on the sweet side, fruity with the juicy cherry-pineapple notes, some decent sourness. Not a bad Imperial Smoothie Sour, but a little unbalanced with that rustiness I am getting.
