750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered cloudy orange-brown coloured Blonde Ale with a generous two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, notes of caramel, aciditic fruits, oranges, apples and spicy, cinnamom, nutmeg. The flavour is grainy malts, spicy, gingerbread, biscuits and fruity, green apples. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy and prickly. This medium bodied ale has a dry sweety malts and spicy finish. The perception of the alcohol level is much higher as it is really, " only " a 6.0 ° ABV. A charming and tasting ale from Bernie, the newcomer. Welcome in the job , Bernie !
