Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 4
330 ml capped bottle. Poured a cloudy copper-brown coloured ale with a one finger slight beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is heavy malts and quite unpleasant aciditic fruits, rotten apples. The flavour is grainy and sweety malts, aciditic fruits, apples, citrus. I detected no hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is quite thin, with a persistent impression of salty water, may be sea-water. This light to medium bodied ale has a dry aciditic finish. A new disappointement, for me, with this Organic Morgat Bière Dorée.
