Enjoyed at the brewpub. Pours a very light yellow colour, clean, with a white head and nice thick creamy lacing. Citrus fresh aromas with white pepper and grassy hops. Grassy taste with a little cereal malt and hints of pepper. The mouthfeel is a nice dryness. A nice North-American pilsner with a mix of citrus and pepper.
