    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered, light gushing and opaque golden-yellow coloured BdG with a generous three fingers slight beige and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, floral hops and, unexpected, vegetables, green olives. The flavour is solid sweety malts and a pronounced floral hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is round and bitter. The texture is quite watery. This light to medium bodied BdG has a dry hoppy bitter finish. A very pleasant Bière de Garde from a young brewery, now new-located close to Caen.
