    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original La Gaillarde chalice a, at first clear and with the bottom of the bottle an unclear, rich golden-amber coloured Blonde Ale with a one finger light beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Poor lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is sweety malts, spicy, cinnamom, flowery, roses, notes of honey and caramel. The flavour is sweety malts, caramel, a bunch of flowers from which roses are emerging, spicy with a peppery touch, herbs, thyme. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy, sparkling and a bit sticky. The texture is watery. This light bodied Blonde Ale has a long flowery finish. A lot of flavours for a only 4.5 %ABV brew. Very pleasant, if a point too sweety.
