I just notice that they brew a "Ginger Beer". This is what this reminds me of, so I guess it's a variation with lemongrass, and in a wheat beer style. Heavy on the ginger, which I kind of like...gives a spicy feel and flavor with some decent heat. Aroma is sort of yeasty, and the pale yellow appearance is kind of bland. Besides that though it's a decent drinkable spring/summer beer.

Pale yellow color and despite an aggressive pour yield virtually zero head. Aromas of citrus and ginger along with that of a skunky lager beer, even though the bottle is brown. Flavor are lead by ginger, with a bit of citrus and the same skunkiness on the finish. Mouthfeel is similar to a Mexican lager, thin and watery, not at all like an ale as it is described by the brewer. Interesting, not terrible, but will not revisit.
