We brew our beer in small batches to ensure that freshness and quality are never compromised. Our focus is to offer our customers a balanced complexity of aroma and flavour. Natural Blonde uses 3 different Malts and distinct hops in order to achieve this goal. The result is a refreshing Blonde beer with 26 IBU’s and 4.9% alcohol. Our Kichesippi Natural Blonde is an all malt Pale Ale. A noble hop presence offers hints of spice, citrus and caramel. The hop presence introduces the palate to a subtle fruitiness and light malt flavours. A medium bitterness at the end makes this a food friendly brew.

Purchased at the brewery and came in a growler. Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with some amber hue. The very slightly off-white creamy head lasts a long time creating web lacing. Big grainy and straw hay nose with notes of caramel and hop. Medium-bodied and mildly oily mouthfeel. Grain malt is also present in the taste with a little butterscotch aftertaste. The hop is also well-balanced in there. Reminds me of the Heritage Premium Lager (from what I can remember) which makes sense as Kichesippi has purchased Heritage Brewing, and this is their first beer.
