Found this yesterday in a beer run to Total Wine and more. A semi tanslucent orange tinged body. A tight bubbled white head briefly rises as I pour. It forms a rather impressive lacing. The aroma adds to my growing positive impressions. The apples are dry and supported by a grassy, yeasty tone. The body is full and smooth. Like beers, and unlike other ciders I’ve tried this gets better as it warms. The taste is a mildly tart apple balanced with gentle sweetness. This is a winner, I’m going to enjoy finishing.
