Tilt is an unfiltered American Wheat Ale brewed with a 50/50 blend of Canadian 2-row barley and German wheat malt. With a light straw hue and lively effervescence, Tilt hits the scales at a session-friendly 4.4% abv. While lighter than both Augusta Ale and FishEYE-PA, Tilt still packs a hop-punch by way of an intriguing blend of Galaxy and Falconers Flight hops. The result is a bright, hop-forward pale wheat ale with prominent herbal, citrus and floral characteristics

On tap @ the bent Elbow - taps a pale gold hazed with a decent 2 finger white cap. Lotsa carbonation ! Aroma is nice - lemony-citrus, with dry wheat tones and some grassy hopping. Flavor follows aroma , light , spritzy, decent pale malts and citrus tones - clean dry finish - a lot like a dry sparkling cream ale.
