    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Kaou'ët glass an unfiltered hazy old copper or mid-brown coloured ale with a one finger slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonatioon. Good lacing. The aroma is caramel and toasted malts, yeast, spicy, peppery, gingerbread, ripe dark fruits, raisins, plums. The flavour is caramel malts, molasses, spicy, cinnamom, coriander and a touch of pepper. The mouthfeel is round and a world of flavours. This full bodied ale has a lingering spicy and ( too ) sweety finish. This Triple is brewed in Northern France in the North Departement by a young brewer, Alexixs Defossez. Well done and a real pleasure !
