140 ml on tap at the brewpub. Poured in a tasting glass a clear and old copper with reddish tones coloured I A with half a finger beige foamy head that had no end and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is malty with roasted notes, cooked vegetables, floral hops. The flavour is toasted and sweety malts, notes of caramel, floral hops. The mouthfeel is a bit sticky. The texture is oily. This medium bodied I A has a dry malty and light bitter finish. Easy drinkable and pleasant, a Good Irish ALe ! Solid job !
