Brewed in the traditional German style, this Pilsner is a light golden colour. You'll find notes of crusty bread and slight herbal flavours with mild bitterness and a quick, dry finish. Uber refreshing!

The beer pours a slightly hazed metallic gold with a short-lived weak, white bubbly head. The aroma is grainy malt, noblish hops, and a light yeast note. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, light caramel, and finishes mildly bitter.

Pours a fairly clean, light-golden colour with a big creamy-frothy warm cap, good retention and leaving some nice full creamy lacing. Spicy Saaz hops over cereal malts for aromas. The hops in the taste really stand out, creating some bitterness and a dry finish. This cuts the sweetness of the malts. A pretty hoppy Pilsner.
