Pours a dark, opaque reddish-brown with a thin off-white head. Aroma is not strong but it malty and a little spicy, with a hint of fruit, and definitely tempting. Rich flavor is mainly malty with a fruity undertone - mostly cherry - and a strong hoppy tone, a little bitter and a little sweet. Texture is fairly smooth and lively, leaving a bit of a tingle. Wunderbar!

The aroma is was clean with hint of roasted hops and chocolate. The appearance is a dark amber color that has some red with a white, lacy head that lasts. The mouthfeel is well-balanced and complex. The flavor is of roasted hops and chocolate with a smooth aftertaste that stalls for a moment as you swallow it and turns to some sourness. This is a premium dunkel that is worth a try and is remarkablely light but not too much and is very smooth and sweet.

A dark brown body with a nice head. Its aroma is very roasted almost burnt. A full-bodied beer that is both chocolaty and malty. The inital taste is chocolate and malt and then ends with roasty chocolate flavor.

Looking for a dark bier that is not overly heavy, but big on flavor? This neu release from Jever hits the mark. Chocolate and hops, the best Norde Deutschland dark for my Euro. Perfect for grillen and chillen!
