500 ml bottle, bought in London. ABV is 4.2%. Deep golden colour, large white head. Aroma of blackcurrants and blackcurrant leaves, a hint of toffee. . The flavour is medium dry with a slight fruitiness, which makes it quite drinkable. Decent hops in the finish, become sharpish in the aftertaste.

Pours a huge foamy bubbly white head which leaves thick dirty lacing as it dissipates. Has a pale golden pale appearance. Lively carbonation. Grainy and malty aromas. Very light hops. Flavours are mainly malty, some notes of herbal and floral hops. Some faint spices also in the mix. Fairly strong amount of bitterness on the palate. Good retention. Not bad. Easy drinking low abv brew.

Part of the Classic Ales 6-pack at the LCBO for Christmas 2014. Pours a slightly unfiltered golden-amber colour with a frothy cream warm cap, good retention and some wavy-creamy lacing. Aromas of bread, caramel malts, soft hops that give out hints of vanilla and dandelion. Creamy and oily mouthfeel with a tad of dryness. Flavours of toffee and grass. A little more bitter than most bitters.

Part of the Marston's PLC 6 Pack. The beer pours an amber hued gold with a thin snow white head. The aroma is very grassy with some weak floral hop notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grass, hops, and some light fruit notes. No caramel to speak of, which I expect out of a bitter. -

Deep golden colour with big creamy white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts along with sweet fruity hops, also some hay in the background. Flavour is citrus, caramel malts and some bittering hops. A very nice and wellbalanced brew.

Draught. Golden coloured beer with a white head. Malty aroma. Dry with a malty taste. Some light hops in there. Bit thin bodied with a watery mouthfeel. No finish to speak of.
