On a whim they decided to brew a sour version of Slammer Wheat to make a Berliner Weiss type of beer, soured in the kettle with Good Belly and fermented with our house wheat yeast. We stumbled on a very tasty beverage. To give it a little Zoo Zoo and Wham Wham quality we blended it with cherry and pomegranate to bring it into its own.

Taps clear topaz with a nice eggshell head. Aroma presents cherry, wheaty and pomegranate notes. Flavor features more tart fruit and some definite wheat character. Mouthfeel has OK body but good fizz. Zoo, zoo, wham, wham!
