Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6
A slightly hazy light golden beer with a huge fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with notes of coriander and citrus. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty with strong notes of citrus, and dill, as well as lighter notes of cloves. The mouthfeel is very smooth and the alcohol just makes its presence known on the palate and gives it a good body. Too much dill in the flavor for my liking - more interesting as an experiment than really good. As the beer gets warmer the dill notes grow in intensity - and gets cloying. I think it might be good together with a Danish open faced sandwich with a hering in dill.
