Every month we’ll create a new beer that will be featured on our rotating tap. This month’s rotating tap is a beer called Bitter Over Ewe. Bitter Over Ewe is brewed in the style of an Extra Special Bitter which oddly enough does not mean that it is particularly bitter in flavor. Our Extra Special Bitter is our tribute to Prince William and Kate Middleton. The small amount of bitterness in this one can be attributed to the slightly bitter heart of Jackalope’s Robyn Virball, who went to school with the royal couple and clearly didn’t get to become a princess. Bitter over Ewe can best be described as a mild English pale ale, very well balanced, low on carbonation, high on English hops, flavor, and fun!
