It's been a while since I've had a beer at iron hill. This one was at the Media location near my house. Near black in color with nice offewhite head. Aroma and flavor of slightly chocolate and fruit such as pear. Medium body. Plenty malty but not very sweet. Good balance for a winter ale. A nice return back to the brewpub.
