Smooth and easy to drink on a hot summer day. The sweetness from the flaked corn and a heavy dose of Vienna will pull through in our version of a Mexican lager but is balanced by the Zeus and Motueka hops, which gives a little citrus punch. The southern German lager yeast lets this one finish out clean and crisp. This beer will pair nicely with guacamole, tacos, or your personal favorite Mexican dish. Fun Fact: Cenotes are natural pits, or sinkholes, resulting from the collapse of limestone bedrock that exposes groundwater underneath. The Yucatán Peninsula of Mexico is home to thousands of cenotes.
