Venture down the rabbit hole to experience White Rabbit, a delightfully hazy Belgian-style White Ale delicately spiced with orange zest, coriander, and peppercorns. Inspired by traditional Belgian witbiers, Head Brewer Brannon Radicke brewed White Rabbit with the classic Belgian Wit yeast to bring out subtle fruity esthers. It’s medium-bodied with a slightly fruity, refreshing tang and a clean, zesty finish. A pleasure to imbibe and a wonder to behold, White Rabbit demands that you think and taste for yourself.

A bit skeptical at first, the White Rabbit turned out pretty good. Nice aromas of wheat, orange peel, some very slight floral hints as well. Usual hazy orange body, the head was fizzy and didnt retain that well, but it left some decent lace. Flavor mirrored the aroma with some spicey notes coming out. Nice mouthfeel, a tiny bit prickly, overall its better than alot of the watered down wits out there, a bit more substance.
