A beer made of, by, and for the people of the great state of Texas. Native Texan is a pilsner as German as the Hill Country, as bright as the Friday Night Lights, as clear as a West Texas night sky, as clean as a steel guitar, and smoother than a Texan drawl. Best served colder than Barton Springs.

Had in Austin, TX on a trip. Poured a light golden colour with a small white cap and some wet lacing. Nice Saaz hop nose over mild cereal grains. Same hops in the taste with the light malty base. Lightly crips mouthfeel, medium-bodied. A decent Pilsner, maybe just a tad too thick to have another one.
