A Munich style dark lager for the modern day, Brünhilda teases the palate with an evolving array of flavors. At first sip, hints of cola nut mingle with artisan bread crust. As the beer warms, flavors of chocolate emerge and bread crust yields to fresh baked bread, finishing with a barely perceivable fruitiness reminiscent of concord grapes. She bewilders with every sip.
