Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Deep coppery brown colour with a mediumsized creamy off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is strong sweet malts along with bready malts, some slight toasted notes, burnt sugar and alcohol. Flavour is quite much the same in a very nice balance. As it warms up it also gets some chocolaty and nutty notes A really pleasant Doppelbock.
