Description This beer is a combination of mango, passionfruit, raspberry and pomegranate. Sybillia hops are used in the brewing process with 50% white wheat, and 50% barley. The use of only 100% fruit purées with no fruit essences or artificial flavours added makes for an authentic fruit flavour and aroma. Following in the trends of lighter fruit ales, the refreshing flavours and dryness of this ale make it an excellent summer offering and is the first Howe Sound fruit ale to be bottled and supplied in draft format. Food Pairing This beer goes well with fish, salads, appetizers and light desserts. Our Bottle This re-closable bottle, known as a “pot-stopper”, was widely used in Europe and North America prior to the 1950s. Our new combination cap is an innovative design that allows closure by both crown and swing caps. It can be re-used and meets our green packaging objectives.

Hey! This was great! A summer beer, light bodied, great complexity in flavour, yet in a light simple way. Slightly tart flavour shines through the dry light beer flavour profile. Aroma is primarily of wild strawberries and blueberries and watery yeast (not watered down, watery, make sense?). Fantastic!
