500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Hotteterre snifter an unfiltered hazy golden-orange coloured ale with a short three fingers slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The flavour is yeast, sweety malts, spicy, cloves, coriander and sourish notes. The flavour is yeasty, sourish aciditic fruits, apples, apricots, mirabelle plums, sweety malts and spicy, coriander, cloves. The mouthfeel is crispy and prickly. This medium bodied ale has a dry fruity finish. A decent ale from Normandy, in the Belgian way.
