Pours clear copper with a serviceable buff head. Aroma presents cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon riding toasted malt. Flavor brings to mind holiday cookies, the aforementioned spices plus a lick of ginger. Mouthfeel offers decent body and lively tingle. I’ll have to find other brews from this brewery in the new year.
